"Our Monthly Quality Control Program" is at no cost to Our Clients and consists of sending out a manager from our corporate headquarters to each site serviced by Celestial each month to evaluate the condition of the location and to ensure that any services provided by Celestial are always up to Our Clients standards.
We then generate a quality control report which is most useful to the regional managers as well as us here at Celestial.
We are always available for Our Clients' needs as well as Emergency and Disaster Services with an exceptional rate of response time. We have responded to break-ins, plumbing issues, electrical issues, door issues and more. Our present service includes a live 24 hr. 365 days a year help desk that has been dedicated exclusively to each individual client.
Our goal is to staff each location with the intention of a long-lasting relationship with our labor and the store personnel. The approach stems from collaborating/alleviating if possible the maintenance upkeep from the managers as well as bringing in a fresh eye from someone who does not see your location every day.
Calendars are created and supplied each month to both your personnel as well as regional managers. This ensures that all parties involved are aware of what services will be provided and on what day and time during that month period. We have implemented a quality control call/email program. Calls are made following each service that has been performed to ensure that are our clients are 100% satisfied.
